         Meet Ashley Carro, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

Ashley Carro is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry and Family Practice who has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care since 2012. With experience in both primary care and mental health, she takes a comprehensive approach to treatment that considers the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Ashley believes that every individual has unique experiences, challenges, and goals. She works collaboratively with each client to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on building trusting relationships, empowering clients through education, and supporting long-term mental wellness.

Ashley is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Her goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health, overall well-being, and quality of life through compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized treatment.
